www.csem.com offers on-line safety training classes for MSHA Part 48 Initial Surface Course. These courses meet all MSHA Federal requirements for anyone mandated to complete the MSHA Part 48 Site-Specific training. This safety training class includes certification for surface coal, metal, non-metal and aggregate mines. Upon completion of the course, students will receive an MSHA Form 5000-23 certifying that they have completed 24 hours of training for surface mines.
