Commanders Environmental Overview

Commanders are ultimately responsible for taking the actions of the soldiers in environmental stewardship. The challenge of this course is to make the commanders priority of enforcement of responsibilities and accountabilities in environmental stewardship. This is a preferable action to that of (NOV’s) notices of violation.
