Back To Work Refresher

Employers often take a broad stroke approach at refreshing employees before they enter the workplace again after a longer-plant shut down or lay-off. Short courses with several topics lasting less than one hour are given to each student in a subject rotation. Up to 6 different topics can be included into this format of course work. There is no regulatory foundation supporting this type of training however several employers choose this format for its broad brush to allow the most impact and awareness when employees return to work.
