Resource Conservation a& Recovery Act

The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act AKA Cradle to Grave is a large multi-faceted law defining waste into specific categories and then into quantity generation. Each quantity then has storage and handling requirements for each generator status defined. This law is the navigation document for the EPA and is the keystone for environmental compliance for all companies in the united states.
