Engineering Design

This course deals with blueprint reading, as-built records and factors to recognize disparities between the two. Many workers are killed each year for no other reason than poor engineering plans or records of as-built modifications. Safety controls in any situation must meet the requirements of OSHA construction and or industry standards. This course is normally taken in the design or redesign phase.
