We maintain a robust staff to fill the positions of subject matter experts (SME’s) that may be required within the scope of your education and training prerequisites. CSEM is extremely familiar with both military and civilian initiatives and has provided education and support as SME’s for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) to offer training to the FBI, EPA, and DOT.

Further training and education experience includes Mass Casualty Decontamination, Reconnaissance, Search & Extraction, and Medical operations as integrated into the Incident Command System with First Responders.  CSEM instructors built an incident command and control tabletop exercise to demonstrate each team member’s objectives. Based on our past experiences, we have instituted various classroom scenarios to identify potential difficulties in expectations for the mass casualty response in command and control.

CSEM instructors create and conduct team-based classroom modeling of decontamination scenarios to ascertain control and design flow capabilities. A predetermined flow of reconnaissance, search, and extraction is established. Through each stage of events, cadence will be determined to hold the standard. Our philosophy is very strict when it comes to mass casualty decontamination. Many companies look to foil the basic exercises with some mundane twist in the regimen of the decontamination process. It is a critical part of training that the units are conditioned to work to a baseline of responses. Those responses will always place the unit back into the baseline of thinking. This core philosophy is a must; it cannot be broken as cross contamination is inevitable. The key is to always expect the unexpected and develop contingencies to hold a standard. It works and it saves the lives of the victims and decontamination teams.

CSEM brings you extensive knowledge in the future trends and plans of government offices and large private sector firms to outsource safety needs. Currently, we are in the process of instructor certification for “Verbal Judo” and will soon be providing Methamphetamine Clandestine Laboratory Training. With the growing expectations of our ability to meet the ever-changing needs of homeland security and law enforcement educationand training requirements, we constantly strive to expand our course offerings.

In an effort to unify our curricula in exercise program management, design, development, conduct, evaluation, and improvement planning; CSEM utilizes the National Standard Exercise Curriculum (NSEC) in support of the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP). Additionally, we are in the process of receiving certification and/or are in the final stages of development of the following courses approved by the Federal Department of Homeland Security:
