OSHA Standard Number 1926.200 states that “Signs and symbols required by this subpart shall be visible at all times when work is being performed, and shall be removed or covered promptly when the hazards no longer exist.”
This course emphasized on the fact that workers in any sector can benefit from the safety signs and signals they post throughout the workplace. These safety tools serve to forewarn of danger to other workers and people present near the construction site as well as educate on matters of safe practices, hence lowering the probability of injury.
This training is centered on the three pillars of danger recognition, accident causation analysis, and hazard control to train workers to implement OSHA’s safety standards related to signs and signals at workplace.
