a chance that a chemical leak (spill) will occur. Beyond the legal obligations for all employees to
receive training in handling chemical spills, an owner also has a duty to ensure employee safety.

Hazwoper – 8 Hour Refresher Spill Response Training is a refresher training to be taken annually
