Chemical Inventory

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) hazard communication standard (HCS), also known as the “employee right-to-know” standard, is found at 29 CFR 1910.1200 of the general industry standards and incorporated into the construction standard at 29 CFR 1926.59 and concern with maintenance of chemical inventory. Chemical Inventory training is a one-time training essential for those managing the lab’s inventory.

Goals of the Course

The goal of the Chemical Inventory Training is to reduce the menace of injury or illness to
laboratory workers by safeguarding that they have the information, training, maintenance and equipment required to work safely in the laboratory.
