Qualified Electrical Worker Training

Qualified Electrical Worker Safety Training is a mandatory training program for anyone who works with electricity, as per the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) 29CFR regulations. This training program covers the basics of electrical safety, including identifying electrical hazards, understanding personal protective equipment, and emergency procedures. The goal of this training is to provide workers with the knowledge and skills necessary to work safely around electricity and to prevent electrical accidents in the workplace. By completing this training, workers will be better equipped to handle electrical hazards and maintain a safe working environment. Electrical Safety is governed by OSHA and can be found in the Code of Federal Regulations Under 29 CFR 1910.331-335. The National Safety Council estimates at least 300 deaths annually from on-the-job electrocutions in the United States. Most of these are preventable.
